Another eye opening and fascinating talk. I really enjoy the way this man speaks, it’s considered and considerate, and lends credence to the point he makes near the end of the talk, which is that the expression of emotion, compassion and consideration inherent in the way we speak are all skills, as with any skill, greater development of the skill holds benefits. I particularly like the phrase “Take a second and be curious about the person’s intention”.
